About Pepper's Pals Cat Rescue

Pepper's Pals Cat Rescue is a 501(c)3 certified non-profit cat rescue located in downtown Broad Ripple, Indianapolis, Indiana with additional foster homes around the state. Our exact address doubles as a private residence and thus is kept private, but we will send you the address if you have an appointment to visit! It is named after our founder's very first cat, Pepper, pictured above, who passed away in 2018. Our mission is to provide love and a home to domestic cats in need, all in Pepper's memory.

It’s estimated that around 70 million cats in the US live on the streets (APV). Existing shelters and rescues are packed, forced to house animals in the hallways, turn down cats in need, and in the worst case scenarios, euthanize. Our objective is to lend a hand to the existing rescue community and alleviate as much suffering as we can by pulling cats and kittens from "kill" shelters, cruelty cases, the streets and more in Indiana.

Because we are a non-profit, our organization survives off of donations from people like you. Thank you for being a part of our mission.
